From time to time, we may publish special features that require a Premium Subscription; otherwise, the vast majority of our content is free. We designed PHENOMENON’s rich and dynamic content to be fully portable so that it may be enjoyed while traveling outside the reach of 3G or 4G mobile telecommunications, or WiFi Internet access.
What do you mean by “rich and dynamic content”?

Yes, we welcome your constructive input and feedback on any of our features or topics using our standard e-mail form. In fact, we encourage material contributions from other writers, photographers, or filmmakers provided our submissions guidelines are followed. We do not guarantee publication of any submissions, nor return of any material submit without authorization. We do not entertain short comments or opinions on articles; we require serious and substantive contributions to the issues we feature.
Can I submit my own articles, photos, or video to PHENOMENON for publication?
If you wish to send us images or other documents, or submit more in-depth articles for our consideration, we’d like you to first let us know what you have in mind by e-mail and, if the material is of interest to us, and falls within our guidelines for submissions, we will send you a Submissions Authorization Code–a reference number that confirms we have agreed to have you submit material to Phenomenon for consideration. You will also be assigned an editor at that time with whom you will liaise.
Should we consider your material suitable for review, we will forward you a link for uploading text and imagery, with full instructions. Alternatively, you may mail us the material to any of the addresses shown at the foot of this page.
Material received without a Submissions Authorization Code will be returned unopened or discarded. Please do not therefore send us valuable photographs without permission. Phenomenon does not return any original material unless a specific, written agreement has been made in advance.
Phenomenon is not bound to publish any material whatsoever.
